A deposit is required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or longer. Color, Highlights and Vivid Color Services require a $75 deposit. Keratin Treatment and Hair Extensions require a $120 deposit.

Appointments are considered booked once a deposit is made. This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation for these long appointment blocks, a 24-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. In the event the appointment is rescheduled, the deposit will be moved to the new scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours or there is a “No-Show” for the appointment, deposit is forfeited.

As a courtesy we send out text reminders 2 days ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you do not confirm, we will assume you are canceling your appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, PLEASE do not just "no show". Please call or message us.
